Getting started is easy! We provide all the training you need.

• Women’s Mentoring: Mentoring women in possible crisis pregnancy situations (minimum 1 day per week commitment). Training is provided.

• Men’s Mentoring: Be a part of our Man2Man program of men helping men. Flexible time commitment -training is provided.

• Receptionist/Clerical Work: Greet clients, make appointments, help with filing, and answer phones. Training is provided.

• Fundraising Activities: Help with fundraising activities such as our Annual Banquet, Baby Bottle Campaign, community fairs, etc.

• Childcare Worker: Watch children at PLL while their moms are in classes.

• Church Liaisons: Be a liaison between PLL and your church.

• Baby Boutique Coordinator: Clean, sort and organize donations.

• Handy Man: Work on building upkeep, light maintenance, special projects.

• Green Thumb Team: Help with PLL gardens – planting, weeding, harvesting.

• Public Relations: Write articles, newsletters, Facebook posts, etc.

• Odds & Ends: Scrapbooking, housekeeping, help with mass mailings.

Prayer warriors are needed as we serve on this front-line ministry. Your consistent prayers will lift up volunteers and clients, praying that hearts are open as staff and volunteers share the good news of Jesus and encourage a choice for life!

Celebrate and support a mom’s choice for life! Donate new and like-new baby items to our Baby Boutique where moms and dads can “shop” for the items they need with the points they earn from attending parenting classes.

We also encourage groups to host mock Baby Showers where the items brought are donated to the Baby Boutique. Consider throwing a baby shower to stock our Baby Boutique. These tangible gifts are an incentive to draw our clients back after their baby is born. This allows us to strengthen their parenting, which helps their baby to have a healthy family life. Through parenting classes & mentoring, we build relationships and strive to break unhealthy family cycles.

Your spare change saves lives! Launch a Baby Bottle campaign at your church, business or group! Support life by collecting coins, cash and checks in baby bottles while also making a stand for life.

We provide the bottles and promotional materials, and we would also love to speak to your group to share more about how you can help young women and men to become great parents.

Most churches in our area have their campaign in either late spring or early fall, but you can run your campaign when it makes the most sense for your organization.
